I wanted to say how pleased we have been with the way Karl Connolly dealt with the above property that my son xxxx xxxxx was interested in.

Karl was very professional in his approach: he was most knowledgable about the property, was able to answer all our questions, - a rare occurance- as the key answer of all estate agents is usually " i don't know but will find out later from the office..."

karl is to be congratulated for his open and enthuastic attitude; he also showed great patience during both viewings, we did not feel hurried as is often the case with other estate agents. My son felt comfortable to make an offer on the very day of the viewing.
